Siding, windows, roofing and decks across Cumberland County
Cardinal Exteriors is a family-owned company based in Portland, run by partners Mike McCullum and Bob Milliken. We replace siding in James Hardie fiber cement, premium vinyl, cedar and composite; install replacement windows from Andersen, Marvin, Pella and Integrity; put on new roofs in architectural asphalt shingles, metal and cedar; and build new decks in composite, PVC, pressure-treated lumber and cedar. Our service area is all of Cumberland County. Houses in Portland and South Portland skew old, many built before 1940, and some sit in local historic districts.
