NEW CONSTRUCTION IN FALMOUTH
in partnership with M.R. Brewer Construction, we installed the roof on this newly-built Joe Waltman-designed executive coastal cottage.
In this newly-built M.R. Brewer home on Waites Landing in Falmouth, Maine, we used EPDM rubber roofing and Certainteed landmark Pro shingles, which are the next level up from the Certainteed landmark product. This is a heavier shingle with different wind loads for added protection against wind coming off the ocean – an appropriate and well-chosen upgrade for homes in coastal locations like this one. A lot of craftsmanship went into this home, which was designed by architect Joe Waltman in his trademark coastal cottage style, and built to exacting standards by M.R. Brewer.
