For this project, a Cardinal favorite, we worked collaboratively with the building owner and the business owner to design and create the perfect commercial exterior.
This was one of our favorite commercial projects yet, both because of the collaborative process with the client and the final result. We worked with both the owners of the building and the owners of the business on the storefront design. They asked us to come up with a storefront that was going to fit the not only the business model but also the owner’s vision for the future. We use a pre-finished Maibec shingle on the lower half of the building and a vinyl cedar impression shake on the top half of the front of the building. We used CertainTeed restoration millwork as trim accents, and then on the sides and the back of the building we used CertainTeed clapboard-style five inch thick restoration millwork trim again, with a crown accent to give some detail. The 16 windows we installed were all Paradigm brand.
